To achieve the above business functions, our APP will request the following system permissions related to personal information: access and read/write permissions to external storage (used for application data caching), phone/mobile information permissions of the mobile device (used for account security verification and anti-fraud).
(2) How we entrust processing, share, transfer, and publicly disclose your personal information
If you log in to our service using a third party (such as WeChat), you authorize us to share the third party with your login status information on ShanTui E-Link channels. For the entrustment, sharing, transfer, and public disclosure of your personal information, please refer to the introduction in Section III of this Policy.
2. Customer privileges
How we entrust processing, share, transfer, and publicly disclose your personal information:
To achieve the above customer privileges, we must share ShanTui E-Link's products and suppliers participating in our customer's necessary range with your personal information, including your name, contact information, and address. For the entrustment, sharing, transfer, and public disclosure of your personal information, please refer to the introduction in Section III of this Policy.
3. Customer Service
When you submit complaints, suggestions, or feedback to us through the APP, customer service staff, surveys, and/or other channels, to facilitate contacting you, promptly assist you in solving problems, or record the processing plans and results of related issues, we will verify your account information to confirm your identity. We may collect and save your communication or call records with us, your registration information, and any other information you provide to prove relevant facts or your contact information. If you do not provide the above information, you will be unable to use customer service but it will not affect your normal use of our other products or services.
To achieve the above business functions, our APP will request the following system permissions related to personal information: access and read/write permissions to external storage (used for application data caching), and phone permissions (facilitates calling customer service within the APP).
4.Unlocking Vehicle/Instrument Fault Unlocking/Instrument Extension Unlocking Function
(1) How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information
When you use functions such as unlocking the vehicle, instrument fault unlocking, and instrument extension unlocking, to ensure the safety of these operations, we need to collect your location information after obtaining your authorization. This information will only be used for the following purposes: Audit Log Recording: Ensuring the legality and traceability of related operations. Enhancing Service Security: Preventing and addressing potential risks of fraud or malicious operations. We promise that your location information will only be used for the purposes stated above and will not be used for other purposes or shared/disclosed without your consent. Refusing to provide location information will not prevent you from using these functions or other service features.
5.Full Map Monitoring
You can use the full map monitoring service provided on the homepage to view the location distribution of equipment within your access permissions. Additionally, during use, this application will determine your geographical area based on your IP address in order to load the appropriate map service (e.g., Google Maps or HERE Maps). This process only uses your IP address to determine the region, and does not store, share, or further analyze your IP address.
We promise that your IP address information will only be used for the specific purpose mentioned above, will not be used for other purposes, and will not be shared or disclosed externally without your consent.
(II) Rules for the Collection and Use of Personal Information for Product or Service Information Display Functions
1. How we collect and use your personal information
We will automatically collect your IP address, IDFA, OAID, click-through rate, browsing content, webpage visits, and search records to provide more convenient and personalized information display, search, and push services. Please note that based on the above information, we will extract your preference features and, based on feature tags, generate an indirect portrait of the crowd used for display, information push, and potential commercial advertising.
To achieve the above business functions, our APP will request the following system permissions related to personal information: access and read/write permissions to external storage (used for application data caching), and phone/mobile information permissions on the mobile device (used for personalized push).
2. How we entrust processing, share, transfer, and publicly disclose your personal information
To provide you with the above information display and push services, we may share the above personal information with service providers or partners who provide advertising analysis and message push services after anonymizing the info. We may also share the portrait of the crowd formed based on your personal information with service providers or partners offering advertising analysis and message push services to help improve the accuracy and practical reach of advertising analysis and message push information without identifying your personal identity. For details on the entrustment, sharing, transfer, and public disclosure of your personal information, please refer to the introduction in Section III of this Policy.
(III) Rules for the Collection and Use of Personal Information to Ensure Service Security and Reliability
1. How we collect and use your personal information
(1) Improving service quality
To improve service quality, we will collect information related to the hardware and software characteristics and use environment of the device you use, including your IP address, browser information, device model, system version number, as well as personal information log, including your login time, logout time, click-through rate, browsing content, webpage visits, and search records. The above information is also required to provide essential services.
(2) Security protection and anti-fraud
To prevent fraud, identity theft, and other illegal activities, and to protect the property, system, and data security of Kunlun and users, we will automatically record your IP address, browser information, login information, logout information, and URL addresses of the webpages or features of our products and services you visit, along with their usage. When you use our products and services through the APP, we will also collect information related to the hardware and software features and device environment of your device, including the International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI), Media Access Control Address (MAC), device model, and system version number, to help monitor and prevent fraudulent activities. The above information is also required to provide basic services.
To achieve the above business functions, our APP will request the following system permissions related to personal information: access and read/write permissions to external storage (used for application data caching), phone/mobile information permissions on the mobile device (used for statistics on the number of users of products, analysis of product usage, security protection, verification and anti-fraud).
2. How we entrust processing, share, transfer, and publicly disclose your personal information
To achieve the above functions, we may share the above personal information with service providers or partners who provide statistical analysis, security verification, and anti-fraud services. (IV) Details of Device Permission Calls
To ensure that you can use our products or services normally, optimize and enhance the service experience, we need to enable specific permissions on your device and collect the personal information required for the relevant services or functions. You can close some permissions in the device settings to refuse the collection of your personal information. However, please note that closing permissions may prevent you from using the corresponding business functions supported by that permission.
1. To enable you to use our products and services normally, we will save the APP's cache data to your device (such as caching user profile data, images, and logs). Therefore, we need to obtain access and read/write permissions for your external storage, which are necessary permissions to implement functions and services;
2. To prevent your account from being stolen, protect your property security and our legitimate rights and interests, we need to obtain telephone/mobile device information permissions on your mobile device to collect the device identification code you use (including IMEI number, IP address device unique identifier, UUID, IMSI number, MAC address, SSID, device call status), for statistical purposes, analyze product usage, and perform security protection and verification, which is necessary permission to implement functions and services;
3. To assist you in locating your vehicle, we may obtain your device's location permissions only with your voluntary consent. Refusing to enable location permission will not affect your use of other Kunlun services.
4. To facilitate your image uploads, displaying your use of products or services, we may obtain your camera permission with your voluntary consent. Refusing to provide this permission will prevent you from uploading photos but will not affect your use of other Kunlun services.
(V) Exceptions to the Consent Requirement for the Collection and Use of Personal Information
You fully understand that in the following situations, we do not need to obtain your authorization to collect and use personal information:
(1) Related to our fulfilment of legal obligations;
(2) Directly related to national security and national defense security;
(3) Directly related to public safety, public health, and major public interests;
(4) Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments;
(5) Difficult to obtain your consent but necessary to protect your or other individuals' life, property, and other significant legitimate rights and interests;
(6) You voluntarily disclose the personal information collected to the public;
(7) Personal information collected from legally disclosed information, such as legitimate news reports, and government information disclosure channels;
(8) Necessary for signing and performing contracts at your request;
(9) Necessary to maintain the safe and stable operation of the products and/or services provided, such as discovering and disposing of product and/or service faults.
(VI) Rules for the Use of Personal Information
We will use your personal information for the services specified in this Policy. When we intend to use your personal information for purposes not defined in this Policy, we will seek your consent appropriately, following the requirements of laws, regulations, and national standards.
A cookie is a text file that a web server places on your accessing device to help you access information during subsequent visits, simplifying recording your personal information.
(I) Which Cookies We Collect and Their Use
We will collect your IP address, device ID, browsing pages, browser type, browsing information, operating system, search keywords, and functions or operations used on the website or App through Cookies. The information we collect through cookies gives visitors intelligent and user-friendly features to meet user needs and expectations automatically. Cookies help us to:
1. Recognize you as the same user when switching between web pages, websites, or using the APP. By temporarily storing Cookies, you do not need to re-enter login information every time you visit the website/App;

(I) Information Sharing
We pledge to keep your information confidential strictly. Unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations or regulatory authorities, we only share your information with third parties, including our affiliated companies, suppliers, agents, and other partners, under the following circumstances. If it is necessary to share your information with third parties, we will evaluate the legality, legitimacy, and necessity of the third party's information collection. We will require third parties to take protective measures for your information and strictly comply with relevant laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements. Additionally, we will inform you of the name, contact information, information processing purpose, information processing method, and types of personal information of the third party (i.e., the information recipient) in the form of confirmation agreements, specific scenario document confirmations, pop-up prompts, in accordance with legal requirements and national standards, and obtain your separate consent or confirm that the third party has obtained your consent.
(1) You Explicitly Agree to Share: With your explicit consent, we will share your personal information with other parties;

(5) Sharing with Our Authorized Partners: Solely for the purposes described in this Policy, we may share your account information, device information, and location information with partners such as third parties to ensure the smooth provision of services to you. However, we will only share personal information for legitimate, necessary, and specific purposes and only share the personal information needed to provide services. Our partners do not have the right to use shared personal information for purposes unrelated to this Policy. Our authorized partners include the following (including entities within and outside China):
a) Suppliers: This includes but is not limited to providers and agents who provide ShanTui E-Link product information, service network information, and promotional activities for your understanding. These suppliers may contact you as needed to complete related services;
b) Business Partners: We may work with partners to provide products or services to you, including customer service, market promotion, and advertising placement. When browsing our other services on the business partner's website, if you want to understand how they handle your personal information, ensure you check the business partner's privacy policy to see if it meets your requirements. When you use any products and/or services not provided by us through our platform, your information may be shared with business partners supporting these services to process or manage your needs. For cautious identification and fraud prevention, we may also exchange information about our users with business partners;
c) Advertising Analysis Service Partners: We will not share your personal information with non-cooperative partners providing advertising analysis services without authorization. However, we may share anonymized personal information with service providers or partners providing advertising analysis and message push services. We may also share the portrait of the crowd formed based on your personal information with partners offering advertising analysis services to help improve the accuracy and effective reach of advertising analysis services without identifying your personal identity.
d) Security Verification and Statistical Analysis Partners: To statistically analyze the usage of our services, improve service quality, verify your identity, prevent identity theft and fraud, and ensure the security and reliability of services, we may share information, including your device information, log-related information, and device location information, with partners providing statistical analysis and security verification services. We will anonymize your personal information to the extent possible and only share information that cannot identify you personally.
For the companies and organizations with which we share personal information, we will sign strict confidentiality agreements and require them to handle personal information in accordance with this policy and other relevant confidentiality and security measures. Our partners do not have the right to use shared personal information for purposes unrelated to this Policy. If the purpose of personal information processing changes, we will seek your authorization again. If it involves personal sensitive information, we will obtain your explicit consent in advance.
(6) To achieve the purposes described in this Policy, some third-party plugins, such as software development kits (SDKs) and application programming interfaces (APIs), may be integrated into our products or services. We will regularly or irregularly conduct technical tests and behavioral audits on these partners or service providers and require them to follow cooperation agreements to ensure that they collect and use data in compliance with laws, regulations, and contracts to the maximum extent possible.
(7) Our products integrate Umeng+ SDK, which requires the collection of your device's MAC address and unique device identifiers (IMEI/android ID/IDFA/OPENUDID/GUID, SIM card IMSI information) to provide statistical analysis services, calibrate the accuracy of report data through geographical location, and provide basic anti-fraud capabilities.
(II) Information Transfer
Without your consent, we will not transfer your personal information to any company, organization, or individual, except in the following circumstances:
(1) Obtaining your explicit consent or authorization in advance;
(2) In cases of mergers, acquisitions, or bankruptcy liquidation involving the transfer of personal information, we will require the new company or organization holding your personal information to continue to be bound by this personal information protection policy. Otherwise, we will require the company or organization to seek your authorization again. If it involves personal sensitive information, we will obtain your explicit consent in advance.

1. We attach great importance to information security and have established a dedicated team responsible for it. We strive to provide information protection by implementing appropriate managerial, technical, and physical security measures, referencing domestic and international information security standards and best practices to establish an information security assurance system that aligns with business development.
2. From the perspective of the data lifecycle, we have implemented security measures at stages such as data collection, storage, display, processing, use, deletion, and destruction. Different control measures are adopted based on the sensitivity level of the information, including but not limited to access control, SSL encryption for transmission, or encryption storage using encryption algorithms equal to or greater than the SSL encryption level, and desensitization display of sensitive information.
3. We enforce strict management of employees who may access your information. Their operations are monitored, and we establish an approval mechanism for their important operations such as data access, internal and external transmission, desensitization, and decryption. These employees are also required to sign confidentiality agreements. Additionally, we conduct regular information security training for employees to ensure good operational habits and enhance data protection awareness.
4. We take all reasonable and feasible measures to ensure that irrelevant personal information is not collected. We only retain your personal information for the period required to achieve the purposes stated in this statement unless it is needed to extend the retention period or permitted by law.
5. The Internet is not a secure environment, and electronic mail, instant messaging, and communication with other ShanTui E-Link users are not encrypted. We strongly recommend that you do not send personal information through such methods. Please use complex passwords to assist us in ensuring the security of your account.
6. We will do our best to ensure or guarantee the security of any information you provide. Suppose our physical, technical, or managerial protective facilities are compromised, resulting in unauthorized access, public disclosure, tampering, or destruction of information, and causing damage to your legitimate rights and interests. In that case, we will assume corresponding legal responsibilities.
7. In the unfortunate event of a personal information security incident, we will promptly inform you in accordance with legal requirements: the basic situation of the security incident and potential impact, the measures we have taken or will take, recommendations for you to independently prevent and reduce risks, and remedies for you. We will notify you of the event-related information through email, letters, phone calls, and push notifications. If it is difficult to inform each data subject individually, we will announce it reasonably and effectively. Additionally, we will proactively report the disposal of personal information security incidents according to regulatory requirements.
(II) Storage of Personal Information
We will generally store your personal information only within the time limit necessary for the authorized service. However, please note that legal regulations impose deadlines on the personal information we collect. We determine the storage period for personal information based primarily on the following criteria, with the longer one prevailing:

Suppose we cease operating ShanTui E-Link products or services. In that case, we will promptly cease activities involving the collection of your personal information and notify you of the cessation of operation in a manner of individual delivery or announcement, and delete or anonymize the personal information we hold.
V. User Rights
(I) Access or Correct Your Personal Information
1. Account Information — If you wish to access or correct your name, phone number, password, or other account information, you can perform such operations by visiting the relevant page in the App [My-Profile-Modify Personal Information].
(II) Delete Your Personal Information
In the following circumstances, you may request deletion of personal information from us through the contact information provided in Article VIII of this Policy: (1) if our collection and use of personal information violate laws and regulations; (2) if we collect and use your personal information without your consent; (3) if our collection and use of personal information violate our agreement with you; (4) if you no longer use our products or services or if you close your account; (5) if we no longer provide products or services to you; (6) if the purpose of personal information processing has been achieved, cannot be achieved, or is no longer necessary for achieving the purpose of processing; (7) if the personal information processor ceases to provide products or services, or if the retention period has expired; (8) if the individual withdraws consent; (9) if the personal information processor violates laws, administrative regulations, or agreements regarding personal information processing; (10) other circumstances as stipulated by laws and regulations. Suppose we decide to respond to your deletion request. In that case, we will also notify entities obtaining your personal information from us, requesting them to promptly delete the information, unless otherwise specified by laws and regulations or these entities have obtained your independent authorization.
(III) Change or Withdraw Your Authorized Consent
You can change the scope of your consent or withdraw your authorization by adding or deleting information, changing privacy settings, enabling or disabling corresponding functions on your device, or contacting us through the contact information provided in Article VIII of this Policy.
However, please note that products or services often require the collection of necessary personal information for implementation. Please understand that when you withdraw your consent, we cannot continue providing products or services corresponding to the withdrawn consent. However, this will not affect the personal information processing services conducted based on your previous authorization.
(IV) Close Your Account
You can call the customer service hotline at 4006-663-666 to close your account anytime.
Please note that closing your account is irreversible. After you close your account, we will cease providing products or services, stop collecting your personal information, and, after a 30-day cooling-off period following account closure, we will either delete or anonymize the personal information associated with your account. However, exceptions include:
(1) Where laws and regulations provide otherwise;
(2) If your account cannot be closed in accordance with the requirements of administrative, judicial, and other competent authorities;
(3) If you have seriously violated laws and regulations, contractual agreements, service policies, or service rules established by us while using our services.
(V) Respond to Your Requests
You may need to provide a written request or other proof of identity to ensure security. We may request that you verify your identity before processing your request.
We will respond within fifteen working days. If you are dissatisfied, call our customer service hotline (4006-663-666) or make a complaint through other means specified in Section VIII hereof.
We generally do not charge fees for your reasonable requests, but for repeated or excessive requests beyond reasonable limits, we may charge a certain cost based on the circumstances. Unreasonable requests that are needlessly repetitive, involve excessive technical means (e.g., requiring the development of new systems or a fundamental change in current practices), pose risks to the legitimate rights and interests of others, or are highly impractical (e.g., involving information stored on backup tapes) may be refused.
In the following situations, we will be unable to respond to your requests in accordance with legal requirements:
(1) Related to our fulfilment of legal obligations;
(2) Directly related to national security and national defense security;
(3) Directly related to public safety, public health, and major public interests;
(4) Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments;
(5) Where there is sufficient evidence that you have subjective malice or abuse of rights;
(6) To protect the life, property, and other major legitimate rights and interests of the data subject or other individuals, which is difficult to obtain the consent of the data subject;
(7) Where responding to your request would result in severe damage to legitimate rights and interests of you or other individuals or organizations;
(8) Involving commercial secrets.

ShanTui E-Link attaches great importance to the protection of minors' personal information. Suppose you are under the age of 14, before using ShanTui E-Link's online services and providing your personal information. In that case, you should obtain the written consent of your parents or legal guardians.
In cases where we collect personal information of minors with the consent of their parents or legal guardians, we will share, transfer, or publicly disclose this information only when legally permitted, with explicit consent from their parents or guardians, or when necessary to protect the minors.
Suppose we discover that we have collected personal information of minors without obtaining verifiable consent from their parents or legal guardians. In that case, we will delete the relevant data as soon as legally required.
